The changes came when I began this work. When I learned to connect into myself, into my body.

I became a personal development coach and learned about mindset shifting. And I began working with midlife women using mindset shifting, to reinvent themselves, improve their confidence, energy, positivity, self belief. My experience of peri menopause dramatically improved throughout my work and I realised that other women at midlife wanting to change the way they feel, were also struggling with their transition through peri/menopause. So I start monthly online and in person group workshop where could discuss our experiences and I could share the tools I use on myself and with my clients, to flow through this change with ease... and into our most beautiful matriarchal era. And now I bring it all in my introductory program ~ Making Midlife Magic in Menopause

The peri/menopause, is a major change in your biology, a bit like puberty :o) but this time, your body is taking you out of danger from your childbearing era (childbirth used to and still can be dangerous) and transitioning you into your queen/matriarchal era. Think of it as the caterpillar going through its uncomfortable metamorphosis in the pupa, while it transforms into a beautiful butterfly.

You are transitioning into an era that is just as important as our child rearing years. The era where we pass on all our knowledge and life experience to our grown up children and grandchildren.
